What Is a V-Band Clamp?
A V-band clamp is a circular fastening band that pulls two flanged ends together. The inner profile sits on the flange taper, so tightening the latch creates an even clamp load around the joint. That makes the connection fast to assemble, strong under vibration and practical to open again for service.
OEM Clamps builds V-band models such as VTB, VBC and VBK for exhaust, turbocharger, diesel particulate filter and industrial pipe joints. The right model depends on flange diameter, temperature, pressure and how often the joint must be opened.
When you request a quotation, share the flange drawing, working temperature and the application. The Istanbul factory can match the band, latch and material to that duty.
